Description

Order when customer requires equipment to be re-installed at a new location. Order SAABB-NPRD-xx00 for de-installation. Customer is responsible for shipment (transportation) and providing adequate packing material for packaging. Inadequate packaging may void the warranty, subject a support contract to termination and/or require Customer to recertify unit at Customer’s cost. Reference T&C’s for more detail on customer responsibility. The single Site Charge will apply to all products (for which re-installation has been purchased) being re-installed during the same onsite visit. If multiple onsite visits are required, order additional Site Charge per visit. Entry-Level/Midrange Site Charge is not applicable when one or more enterprise systems are being re-installed at the same location along with entry-level/midrange systems during the same site visit. For example, when re-installation is ordered for re-installation at the same site and same visit for two Scalar i3 (entry-level), one Scalar i500 (midrange), and one DXi9100 (enterprise), order one Enterprise Site Charge (SAABB-NSSE-000x) for the four systems.
