Ordering

We accept orders through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our team is available to assist you with your order Monday – Friday 9AM – 5 PM (MST), except for US holidays. Currently, we are only able to accept orders for shipping within the United States. If you would like to place an order for shipping outside of the US (including Puerto Rico), please  contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.

Once we have received and placed your order, there are very limited, if any, changes we can make to your order. Please  contact us as soon as possible if you require some adjustment. You may be responsible for any applicable adjustment, handling or shipping fees if applicable.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept credit card (Amex, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) and electronic check (ACH) as forms of payment. Stripe processes our credit card transactions unless you pay by invoice, in which case, Intuit (Quickbooks) will be the payment gateway.

We can accept purchase orders and wire transfers with prior approval.  We can also extend NET 30 Terms upon signing of a promissory note.   Please  contact us for payment using these methods.

If you prefer to pay by invoice, please select “Company Check” as the payment method at checkout and we will email you an invoice for secure electronic payment using ACH.

Every attempt is made to accurately list prices on our website. On rare occasions, however, we may discover a pricing error or duplicate prices for the same product. In those cases we reserve the right to cancel any order that was incorrectly priced or request the customer to pay the difference.

We also provide bulk discounts for qualifying orders. Please  contact us to see if your order qualifies for bulk discounts. Please allow 1 – 2 additional days for bulk discount approval.

Returns & Replacements

The Cloud Tech Store is a reseller and, in all cases, the manufacturer’s return and replacement policies will apply. In addition, all products ship directly from either the distributor or manufacturer and, therefore, must be returned to the distributor or manufacturer in the case of returns. Do not return any products to The Cloud Tech Store. Prior to returning any product,  contact us for return merchandise authorization (RMA number) and return instructions. Do not return any products without first receiving return authorization. Items returned without a valid RMA will not be processed and we will not be liable for refunding your purchase.  For further information, please refer to our Return Policy.

The following guidelines apply for product returns:

  • The manufacturer’s return and replacement policy will apply in all circumstances.
  • All returned items must be unopened and in their original shipping packages.
  • Customers must receive return merchandise authorization prior to returning any product
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all non-warranty returns (including electronically delivered products such as licenses, subscriptions, etc.) so please be sure your order is accurate before submitting payment.
  • The customer must provide the return shipping label for all non-warranty returns and provide The Cloud Tech Store with the return tracking information.
  • Shipping costs provided by The Cloud Tech Store to ship the original product to the customer are non-refundable.
  • The refund amount will be determined by the distributor or manufacturer after they have received and inspected the equipment.
  • Please allow approx 4 – 6 weeks for the return to process and receive the refund.
  • If you cancel an order before it ships, the credit card transaction fee is non-refundable.

Updating Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information (including without limitation legal name, valid billing address and shipping address) with respect to your registration and The Cloud Tech Store account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords used in connection with your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

Shipping & Delivery

The Cloud Tech Store is a reseller and all products are shipped from either the distributor or directly from the manufacturer. Orders are usually placed with the distributor within 2 hours of receipt and usually ship within 1 – 2 business days. Delays may occur if items are on back-order or if there are special shipping requests, missing information, inclement weather, holidays, etc. Please be advised that we need a physical address for shipping (we cannot process an order with a P.O. Box provided).

We provide free ground shipping in the continental US on all orders over $1000.  This option will appear in your shopping cart when checking out if your order meets the minimum amount to qualify.

For same day shipping (e.g., expedited shipments such as 2Day or Overnight) please be aware that each Distributor/Manufacturer has different cutoff times for same day shipping. If your order misses the cutoff for same day shipping then it will most likely ship the following business day assuming the product is in stock.  The actual shipping times, however, for same day shipping, solely rests upon the Distributor/Manufacturer and how quickly they can process your order.  The Cloud Tech Store will ensure your same day shipping order is sent to the Distributor promptly and can follow-up with the Distributor/Manufacturer on your behalf for shipping inquiries.

Please note:  unless specifically requested, the buyer agrees to waive the “signature required” on all order deliveries. If you prefer to sign for your delivery, please notify us prior to placing your order.

Out of Stock Items

As mentioned above, all inventory items are shipped directly from either the Distributor’s or Manufacturer’s warehouse. We usually have accurate inventory information for items shipping from the Distributor (current within 24 hours), however, we may not always have current inventory levels for items shipping directly from the Manufacturer. Therefore, product availability for items shipping directly from the manufacturer are based on the manufacturer’s inventory and is beyond our control. This may occasionally lead to items listed on our website as being “in stock” that are actually “out-of-stock” with the Manufacturer. The out-of-stock status is not brought to our attention until after we place an order with the Manufacturer, upon which time we will notify the customer via email of the stock status of their order and estimated shipping date.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are our top priority. We will never share any of your private information with third parties. We use Square or Intuit (Quickbooks) for all of our credit card transactions.  Your credit card information is not collected or stored on our site. All of your information is processed by Stripe or Intuit (Quickbooks) and is protected by SSL.  You may view our Privacy Policy located here.
