Description

This hardware-only base system has enhanced dual 20 core CPU for total 40 cores and added memory to 768GB RAM. Provides 204TB usable (not raw) hardware capacity, requires subscription licenses (WDYXK-ALYS-HxxA) to enable the software. Physical hardware capacity is expandable to a maximum of 1020TB by adding optional physical capacity expansions (DDY90-ACE5-001N). Includes feature licensing for Deduplication, DXi Accent, NAS, VTL, Replication, OST, Path-To-Tape, data-at-rest/data-in-flight encryption (SED) that can be enabled of disabled and Advanced Reporting. Configured with one 2U and one 4U module with ready rails; redundant power supplies and fans; four power cords (two 6ft (1.8m) NEMA 5-15P to IEC C13 and two 6ft (1.8m) IEC C13-to-C14); two 10GbE ports for which the customer must choose two Twinax (DDY-ACBL-T10A) or optical (DDY47-ACBL-P10A) cable kits. A maximum of four connectivity cards may be ordered: Quad Port 10GbE SFP+ Twinax Adapter (DDY90-ANKT-004F), Quad Port 10GbE SFP+ Optical Adapter (DDY90-ANKP-004F), Quad Port 10GBase-T RJ45 Copper Adapter (DDY90-ANKC-004F) or Quad Port 16Gb Fibre Channel Adapter (DDY90-AFCF-004F). Onsite installation and configuration (SDY90-NSYC-000x) is required. Requires 4U rack space. This system requires rackmounting for proper operation. Customer must provide compatible rack equipment.
