Description
Optional motor and belt cold spare for the HDEM. Includes all parts and installation instructions needed to swap the motor and belt for one HDEM. The cold spare can be used as an onsite spare that gives customers the option to immediately replace the motor and belt themselves, but customer replacement is not required. Cold spares are covered under the library warranty and are replaced as they are used. Customer is required to open a service request before replacement and to send the replaced parts to Quantum. Lost cold spares are not replaced by Quantum.
