Description

Includes one IBM LTO-7 EDLM scanning tape drive for use with the Scalar i6000 and AEL6000 EDLM iLayer feature. Library must have Gen 2 robot and electronics in order to add LTO-7 drives. Required EDLM license (LSC6K-AEDL-000A) sold separately for Scalar i6000, but is included with AEL6000. This drive supports EDLM scanning of LTO-5, LTO-6 and LTO-7 media. Required EEB blades and Ethernet cables automatically ship with this drive as needed. This drive can be mixed with HP EDLM scanning tape drives and other LTO generations. Tape drive installation and configuration (SSC6K-NTDX-000x) must be ordered for each drive. A Bronze, NBD Gold or Gold Support Plan (SLBBN-xTDX-xx1x) must also be added at the same service level as the system for each EDLM drive.
