Description
Order one for each ActiveScale Cold Storage Tape Connector. NBD Gold support requires self installation of Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs). If customer would like Quantum to provide installation of CRUs, order Onsite Installation of CRUs service option (SASHR-VSCT-CD1x). Support level for ActiveScale Cold Storage Tape Connector must be the same as the support level on the base system. Initial support contracts can be sold for a maximum of five years. Additional years of initial support can only be quoted after obtaining a Deal Desk approval.
