Customers may decrement their slot license count at the end of a service contract term with 90-days prior written notice. Order one of these services for professional phone-based assistance for the decrement of COD Slot Licenses or Tape Drive Encryption Licenses. This service applies to an individual library at a single site. The service provided is to adjust the slot count on the library or the number of encrypted tape drives as required to accommodate the modified contracted slot license count.
