Order one per Xcellis Workflow Director. NBD Gold support requires self-installation of Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs). If customer would like Quantum to provide installation of CRUs, order Onsite Installation of CRUs service option (SXCBB-VWXX-CD1x). Initial support contracts can be sold for a maximum of five years. Additional years of initial support can only be quoted after obtaining a Deal Desk approval. Last service date 31MAR26.
