This is an annual subscription for Quantum customers with a large or complex install base of products who require a proactive, post-sales relationship support from a dedicated experienced resource. Service delivered by a CSM dedicated to single customer who will provide proactive oversight and account management. Services include a monthly review of Service cases, priority service case management, a dedicated CSM for each customer. Can only be offered to customers with active maintenance support and must be co-terminated.
