Description

Use this service to order the total amount of Storage Manager capacity (TB) that can be utilized for a 12-month period. StorNext Storage Manager for Public Cloud is priced per TB and billed annually. To determine the quantity to order, multiply the desired number of TB by the number of years. For example, order quantity 100 for 100TB for one year or quantity 200 for 100TB for two years. For use with StorNext Artico or Xcellis appliances running StorNext 5.4.x or StorNext 6.x or later. Data management service supports data managed by Storage Manager accessing a supported public cloud service. Consult the StorNext Compatibility Guide for the list of supported public cloud services. Maintenance is included in the Data Management Service. 1TB capacity licenses. Requires StorNext File System and StorNext Storage Manager. Must order one FlexTier Licensable Feature (WSNSE-ALFL-001A for release 5.4 or WSNSE-ALLP-001A for StorNext 6.x for every TB licensed regardless of number of years. FlexTier for Public Cloud and FlexTier for Private Cloud can be used simultaneously on the same MDC. Perpetual non-expiring and subscription licensing for different cloud types can be used on the same MDC, but perpetual non-expiring and subscription licenses of the same cloud type cannot be used at the same time. For example: FlexTier for Public Cloud Subscription and FlexTier for Public Cloud Perpetual cannot be used on the same MDC, but FlexTier for Public Cloud Subscription and FlexTier for Private Cloud Perpetual can be used on the same MDC.
